Summer is in full swing and we have been spending plenty of time outside. How about you? I want to share a with you a yogurt-based face mask that we use in our family to keep our skin cool and bright. A key ingredient here is turmeric. Turmeric is trending in many health and wellness articles and for good reason. Its main active ingredient is curcumin, which has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a strong anti-oxidant. The lemon juice adds a little vitamin C and will help brighten your skin.
I would recommend starting to use this face mask once a month and moving up to once per week. Your skin should feel moist and have a slight glow after use. Please try it out and let me know how it works for you!
